Lofty opens its brokerage platform to outside AI agents with an MCP server
A brokerage's own agents can now read Lofty data and, where authorised, act in it; the release gives no price and no customer names.

Lofty, the Phoenix real estate CRM formerly called Chime, announced Lofty MCP Server on 28 September. It lets a brokerage connect AI tools of its choosing to the Lofty platform through the Model Context Protocol, the open standard for plugging AI agents into software.
What the release says
Lofty says MCP-compatible AI clients can read information from Lofty and other sources, analyse business activity and, "where authorized, take action within the platform", without custom integration code and under Lofty's own controls and authentication.
Its worked example: a broker connects an in-house agent and asks which leads showed strong buying intent in the last 30 days but have not been contacted in a week, or which opportunities in the database are most neglected.
This sits alongside Lofty's own built-in agents, which it sells as AOS, its "agentic AI operating system". The MCP server is pitched at brokerages that want to bring their own AI and proprietary systems as well.
"AI is only as valuable as the business context it can access," said Joe Chen, Lofty's CEO.
What it does not say
The release names no price, no launch customers and no list of supported AI clients. The diagram Lofty published with it shows ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini as examples of tools a brokerage might connect.
