Truth Check/28 September 2026

“Meta's Charm ships in December”

The claim as it travelled: coverage of Connect 2026.

Overstated

The claim goes further than the page that produced it.

Meta's Connect page says only 'more to share later this year' on Charm; December is a stage remark carried by coverage, with no ship date in writing.

Checked Against: about.fb.com ↗Primary
What the Source Says: Muse Charm: 'We'll have more to share later this year.' No ship date, no price.
The Difference: December is a stage remark carried by coverage; Meta's page does not commit to it.
Read the Check: Meta brings Muse to its glasses and shows a pocket device called Charm
Connect 2026: the agent moves onto the glasses 'in the coming months', Charm gets 'more to share later this year', and the December ship date in the coverage is not on Meta's page.

Every claim checked against the page that produced it.
