“Agents not using AI fell from 32% to 12% in a year”

Overstated
The claim goes further than the page that produced it.
The two figures are different categories: 12% 'not using and do not plan to' in 2026 against 32% who 'had not yet tried' in 2025, which would also take in this year's 9% curious-but-not-tried.
